Very nice letter of endorsement in the Chronicle today. Thank you Mr. Shipman. I have lived in Citrus County nearly 42 years. I have seen the good and the bad in county government. I am supporting Mr. Ron Kitchen in his endeavor to become a commissioner in District 2. I have known him for some time and find him to be a man of unquestioned integrity. If he tells you he will look into something, consider it iron clad. He is always well prepared with facts and presents sound ideas for the betterment of Citrus County and its citizens. He is a solid businessman who has a stake in the protection of Citrus County resources and an effective and well-run Citrus County government. He is well educated and has long been active in the community. He has always been able to tackle challenges with realistic and well-articulated solutions. Most of all, Mr. Kitchen has always remained classy and professional in all his activities as a longtime Citrus County resident. I believe Mr. Kitchen will leave no stone unturned in looking out for myself and my fellow Citrus County citizens. I support him and urge others to do the same. Patrick Shipman Crystal River
