Very powerful video about traffic speed..... Yet Bernard Hogan Howe, Head of the Metropolitan Police is trying to block 20mph zones in London and refusing to implement them even when local authroities democratically pass them. They say they do not have the resources to do so. Yet he sent 510 police officers to stop peaceful pro-democracy protesters from sitting on a piece of tarpaulin in Tarpaulin Square in front of Parliament and opened Belgravia Police Station especially to incarcerate the pro-democracy protesters from Occupy Democracy .... Something needs to change in our policing priorities radically....
