We light the place up well at night and have seven hot showers, yet the electricity bill averages just 2000 baht per month. Other outgoings are negligible. Almost 70% of business comes from repeats and referrals. We do not accept bookings and have no internet presence as the amount of passing trade is more than sufficient and requires no complex paperwork. The land is covered by three separate chanotes and totals 117 talang wah. The business is well known and local banks have shown they are prepared to offer prospective buyers generous finance. Evergreen is for sale for 13,000,000 baht. There is room for some negotiation with people who have substantial cash backing and/or a pre-arranged credit line.
