Very proud parent again. Brooke Schroeder got the honor of being homecoming queen her senior year of high school. She received a letter in the mail along with an application for an opportunity to go to Memphis, Tennessee and participate at the Auto Zone Liberty Bowl December 27-29. She filled out the application and was asked to participate based on academic achievements & other activities. During this time she gets to visit St. Judes hospital, be in the bowl parade, go to a supper with both teams that will be playing & she gets presented & gets to participate in pre-game & half time shows. She will be doing all these activities & meeting other homecoming queens across the USA. This is definitely a once in a life time opportunity and something she will always remember. She will be supported by and traveling with her aunt Barb Stevens Stierwalt, sister Allison Schroeder & myself. I want to thank Mahaska for allowing me to have time off & join her in this event.
