Very proud to announce our new dairy supplier Inglenook Dairy. We will be stocking their unhomogonised milk from next week as well as their 300mls and 2litre cream. Troy processes all his dairy products himself. They are located in Dunnstown just near Ballarat, so just down the road. Our testing drinking, making our yummy Fetta and yoghurt have all been successful and we have had the pleasure of working directly with the farmer which has been amazing. We will be their first stockist here in Geelong and Im sure we wont be the last. Their cream is processed by hand by Troy himself and it makes incredible butter - no emulsifiers, no vegetable gum, no gelatin - jut amazing cream the way it should be....
