Very sharp eyes!! :-) Sensei Ali Parvinfar challenged the call 4 times in the match of Mae Soriano which resulted in 4 points. She didnt need the points though because she won 11-3 in the Bronze Medal Match. It goes to show though that this new rule is effective and how important a role the coach on the sideline plays now. Karate is evolving and this in my opinion is a great addition. By the way, Sensei Ali holds the record for most points recovered in an Asian Games Karate match :-) No other coach called it and recovered the points as many time as he did in one match :-) Way to go Sensei!!
