Very touching. Its amazing how most homeless people will give you that dollar, that extra burger if they can. Because those who have gone without it know how it feels more than someone who has had a full tummy, decent clothes and a roof over their head their whole life. When that homeless person asks you for a dollar or a bite, dont turn them down. Dont fall into the stereotyping attitude that they are just a drunk or drug user. They may have lost their job and are having a hard time finding one, or they may have a mental illness that they have no means to treat. And when you go to bed at night, thank God that you have that food, that roof and those clothes, because there are too many who dont. I do every night. Thank you, Mark Sullwold for sharing this.
