Very weird, but understandable maybe, the nursing home gives them free tv with cable but no remotes! They say it is because they always get lost,pr broken but considering that most f their charges cannot get up to change the channel it is a big inconvenience, so i note the model number and bring a universal remote from home and try to find the code... three days later still trying to get it work, but I did get to watch a soap that i used to follow like 20 years ago while trying a gazillion codes and clicking it for an hour, now i remember why they are so addictive and some of the SAME actors are still in it!!! And then i had to solve the mystery of my father -in-laws missing walker... seems as if some crafty senior came and swiped it, or so the staff say as they have no idea what happened to it, anyway found him another one.
