Vestal, New York police are investigating a report of a missing man who was last seen Wednesday morning. Victor W. Tabuntschikow, 59, is 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighs 165 lbs., and is believed to be wearing a tan Columbia coat and tan boots, police said.
