Via Gluten Free on a Shoestring, here is the recipe for her ALL PURPOSE flour. Its very simple, especially if you are measuring by weight and not cups (i feel that its faster). Anyone who does not have a food scale should think about buying one :) It comes in handy when I need to weigh out butter, because i get it in 5# tubs..haha… GF AP FLOUR (makes 1 cup) 90 grams (9 TBSP) rice flour 31 grams (3 1/2 TBSP) potato starch 15 grams (5 TSP) tapioca starch 4 grams (2 TSP) xanthan gum And the other reason why i choose to weigh it out is because i usually double the recipe for this flour to make my GF brown butter banana bread, i have quadrupled it as well, because my family really loves this banana bread recipe..haha.
