Via Jon Machota The Dallas Morning News - Jeremy Mincey can admit when he’s wrong. The Cowboys’ starting right defensive end took a risk on a play in the first half, gambling on a chance to sack Robert Griffin III. Instead of running a stunt with defensive tackle Nick Hayden, Mincey tried to take his defender one on one. The play resulted in a pressure, but not a sack. Hayden wasn’t pleased with Mincey’s decision and reacted in anger. “We got standards,” Mincey said. “I understand why he was mad. I was a little angry too because me and [Washington left tackle] Trent Williams were kind of getting into it for a while. We calmed down, settled down and started playing some real good ball in the second half and did our job.” Mincey and Hayden both laughed after the game while reenacting their argument. “We got in an argument on the sideline and gave each other a hug right after,” Mincey said. “That’s love. That’s what it’s all about when you’re playing for each other.”
