Via Ombija Charles Ibrahim Your Excellency, I would like to bring to your attention that since colonial to this date, my People in SEME Constituency in SEME have not had their land registered in their name as well as no file exist at any Land Registry in Kisumu showing who owns what & where. From 1979, we never got Adjudication Records returned to the Provincial & District Land Registry. Hence we cannot buy or sell or use as collateral. All Public Institutions like schools,churches,water pans,markets,rivers banks,roads cannot be surveyed & market. For Example, my parents homestead Kisumu/Angoga/Plot Number 2514,2516, & others are unregistered . We have written letters to District Land Registrar and nothing has happened. We cannot even do official search, everytime we try, we are refunded our money. This a loss of revenue to the Government. Please assist me & my community. Our leadership is in opposition, thata reasons they cannot articulate our issue to the government. I request you reach me out on 07----524 or 0700--0127 so that we can validly own land.
