Via Pamela Johnson: The call for applicants to the Canadian Womens Foundation Leadership Institute 2015-16 is now open. If you know any women who are interested in leadership training in the non-profit and community economic development sectors, please share this information! For women working in a deeply underfunded sector, this is a wonderful opportunity to not only build in their leadership skills, but to become connected with a network of women leaders, mentors and facilitators from across Canada. It is a competitive process as each of the successful candidates receive a scholarship from the Canadian Womens Foundation to attend the year long program, which is delivered through the Womens Centre at The Coady International Institute. This leadership certificate program welcomes 25 Canadian women each year to participate in a blended learning program that involves residency and on-line components.
