Via The Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeastern Pennsylvania : The Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeastern Pennsylvania is in the running to receive a $15,000 grant from Walmart to feed our kids. Due to your enthusiasm, last year we were one of the lucky winners and were awarded $20,000 for our Meal Service Program. This year we need YOUR help again! We have partnered with CEO’s Weinberg Regional Food Bank. The only way we can win is by CEO’s Weinberg Regional Food Bank raking in the top 50 with the most votes. You must be logged into your Facebook account and be 13 and older to vote. The more votes they get, the better chance we have of winning the money. The best part is – you can vote DAILY! Voting will begin at 12:00 a.m. on Monday, September 15, 2014 and will end at 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, October 5, 2014. How to vote: go to walmart/fighthunger (you must be logged into your Facebook account); search either by name CEO’s Weinberg Regional Food Bank, by city (Wilkes-Barre) or by zip code (18702). Please note, searching for the Boys & Girls Clubs of NEPA will NOT yield any results. You must vote for CEO’s Weinberg Regional Food Bank in order for the Club to receive the money!
