Viacom International Hungary Kft is currently looking for an RTR ACCOUNTANT for the field of General Accounting (Bank Reconciliations & Cash). Job summary: Responsible for reconciling and reporting of Viacom International Media Networks (“VIMN”) cash accounts. Tasks: - Prepare/review monthly bank reconciliation for all bank accounts to the general ledger, research discrepancies, and prepare/review adjusting transactions necessary to make corrections to the appropriate accounting records - Provide research and problem solving support for departmental personnel - Prepare/review monthly cash clearing account analysis, monitor the aging of all outstanding items, and assist with follow up and reclassification of items as necessary - Prepare/review monthly/quarterly cash account analyses - Ensure adherence to policies around cash processes - Assists Manager, General Accounting and Treasury with special projects as needed - Support internal and external auditors and Viacom Tax with requests Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting - Minimum 1-2 years relevant work experience - Good understanding of general accounting principles, concepts and processes - Attention to detail with the ability to take initiative, follow up and complete tasks in a timely manner - Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to listen actively and respond to others - Team player with the ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships - Proficient computer skills are a must (Microsoft Office, Accounting systems) - SAP experience is a plus If you wish to be a part of a shared service center at a multinational company, full of young talents, submit your application today to feinek.georgina@vimn!
