Vibrant and colourful, a great laksa from Uncle Mans. They only just added it to the menu which is quite strange - but glad I ended up trying their other options first as I prob would have gone straight for the laksa. Notable mention to the fish strips (although we got chicken I always want both!), 2 different types of noodles, spring onion and crispy shallot, and prominence of non-noodle ingredients. Defo a contender if youre wanting to be a part of the best laksa in the city hunt. $11.50, actually cant fault it so 5/5 (my first 5)
