Vice Chancellor eleven versus journalist eleven: Cricket tournament to be played on Nov 6 October 31st, 2013 A friendly cricket match will be played between the vice chancellor eleven and the journalists’ eleven at PCB cricket ground, University of Sindh Jamshoro under the auspicious of directorate of sports of the varsity. According to a press statement issued here from Public Relations Office, the friendly match between the officers as well as faculty members of Sindh University and the journalists of Hyderabad Press Club (HPC) has been planned on the request of sports committee of HPC in a bid to forge close ties between University of Sindh and Hyderabad Press Club. Director sports of the varsity Akram Ansari in his regard told that the trials for the vice chancellor eleven will be conducted on November 4, 2013 at PCB Cricket Ground situated at the campus wherein officers and faculty members could participate for in an attempt to make their room in the team (vice chancellor eleven).
