Vice Mayor Roy Albano, SB Lorna Leah Castro Foz & SB Noni Foronda attended the Water Summit of Ilocos Norte DANUM UBBOG ITI BIAG the theme launched by Hon. Gov. IMEE MARCOS held at the auditorium, Laoag City attended by Association of Zanjeras of Ilocos Norte, Agriculturist, Teachers, Students of diff. Schools, Punong Brgy., Sanggunian Panlalawigan and other guest. The prog. was highlighted with the message of the Hon. Gov. focusing to Vintar on how to preserve trees and water and other related matters pertaining to water where Vintar is the main source of portable water that could supply down to Bacarra and nearby towns of Ilocos Norte. She encouraged everyone to work hand in hand and in TOGETHER WE MAKE DIFFERENCE. Prime Minister of Taipe Tiong Leahn and wife and his staffs was present on the said affair. Mabuhay po kayo MAAM.
