Vicki shares her 7 month journey with Plexus! WTG girl! So happy for your results and better health! Thought it was time to give you guys and update on my Plexus journey. Ive been on Plexus now 7 months, I am now down 60 lbs, 40+ inches overall, down 4 pants sizes and 2 shirt sizes. Its about time to go shopping again for more jeans and tops as the current size Im in is starting to look big on me. I tried on a swimsuit I bought 3 years ago that never really fit me, now it is too big. Guess I need to go shopping real soon. I take 1 Slim and 2 accelerators 30 min before breakfast. With breakfast I take 2 BioCleanse, then at bedtime I take 2 more BioCleanse and ProBio5. Last month I added XFactor to my regimen and feel fantastic. I love what it has done for me in more ways than one. The #energy alone is a major plus. No 2:30 slump. I suffered from #arthritis, #degenerative bone disease, and a torn meniscus tendon in my left knee. I was looking at knee #surgery in the future, but on longer have that to worry about as the meniscus has healed on its own and my arthritis #swelling has gone down to near non-existent. I suffered from restless leg syndrome to the point that my husband was thinking of moving to another bed just so he could get some sleep. Now after 7 months I am still pain free, my husband says he sleeps better because Im not running in my #sleep. The doctor just gave me a clean bill of #health, and told me to continue what Im doing cause it is working. My Dr Pepper addiction is gone. Matter of fact I havent had one in 7 months and I don’t even miss them. That goes for any type of caffeine.
