Victor Borge is a name that brings back to me back some unhappy memories of few months of my life living in Greenwich, CT. Unhappy as much as one person can be unhappy, freshly separated from a lover with a wounded heart seeking anything from revenge, pittiness and reassurance, l observed daily this pretty, rich city on the east coast alone and lonely. Wondering about promises of friendship and homeliness that were never delivered l used to live my reality quite opposite way. I met Mike through a mutual friend of ours. He used to be Mr. Borge buttler at the time. When he took me one day to this huge real estate where Mr. Borge used to live. the first thing l had noticed and can recall was this huge standing alone edwardian style house overlooking Atlantic bellow, contrasted by some doric columns in front of the entrance. He whispered silently to my ear as there would be thousands of people around us in that chilly sunny day... He is about to depart in one of these days... his wife left him not long ago...you know... l guess his heart is broken, he hardly smiles these days I left Greenwich few months latter. So he did. Both broken heart and longing for lovers we used to take for granted we departed different directions without sharing a world of what used to unite us unknowingly.
