Victory of the day- took one bite of the taunting maple bar then threw it away, later baked cookie with my favorite little boy, allowed myself one and entered it in my food log. What kept me from eating more? I thought of yesterdays WOD and how I dont want to have it modified, if it says 21 burpees in the 5 rounds then I want to one day soon do that and not have it taken down to 10 each round. The biggest thing I am learning is that nutrition is equally as important as exercise. Goals cannot be reached if both are not in check! Now bring on the chicken and zucchini for dinner :)
