Vide Notification dated 2nd August 2013, Every Merchant Banker, registered with SEBI, shall ensure that atleast two associated persons designated as Key Management Personnel shall obtain certification from the National Institute of Securities Markets by passing the NISM-Series-IX within two years from the said date of notification.
