Video 12. Balance in the womb posture. Lie down on your back,bring both knees close to the chest and embrace your knees with your hands. Keep head on the floor for 4 breath. Bring your head up (like you want to reach the knees with your nose) ,keep it for 4 breath. Slowly put the head down. Twist the Kness to the right side,head to the left,do movements slowly and softly all the time keeping balance. Keep this posture for 4 breath. Do same to the opposite direction. Relax at the end of all movements. In this asana you will stretch very soft all your vertebrae, like a massage for yourself. Also your body will learn to keep the balance,where will be involved all the smallest mussels.
