The video gives some insight into the all-new Dakar Hilux that will be competing in the Dakar in January. The car is lighter, faster and more agile than the previous Dakar Hilux. From a braking perspective, this 3rd generation Dakar Hilux runs our latest generation V4 6-piston rally-raid callipers up front and our new water-cooled 6-piston callipers at the rear. The factory Hiluxs will also be using a new pad compound recently developed by Endless Japan, which offers unmatched performance, consistency and fade resistance. The brake package on the 2015 Dakar Hilux, like the rest of the car, is absolutely cutting-edge technology. Brake performance during the extensive final test was very strong!
