Video number 2: The home version. Thank you to Matthew Caffey for the challenge. ALS is a neurodegenerative disease that effects people usually between the ages of 40 and 60. At diagnosis, life expectancy is usually 3-5 years. We dont know the cause, we dont have a cure. We dont understand this. Also known as Lou Gehrigs Disease, the Ice Bucket Challenge is a way to raise money to help families and fight this disease. What will it hurt to join in. We know what it will hurt to ignore it. I picked up the challenge, took too long to get it out, but doubled down. I am challenging all those that I havent seen yet on FB: Lena Na Bui(making it international), Lauren Pitt (and hopefully we better understand Tourette Syndrome), Catherine Strayhall, Daniel Mitchell, Dazcha D Mitchell, Cathrine Skreiberg (spread it through Norway), Barry Preston, and so many more. If youve already done the challenge, congrats; if not, pass it along. It only hurts for a very short time, and you will always remember the term ALS. If I didnt tag you, and you want to be tagged for a challenge, send me a message. I would adore spreading this. Be sure to remind others the purpose. Hopefully, we will all live long enough to be in the window.
