Video of that official that was pulled over for a DWI...it is amazing. I think that ALL police stops should be posted online in EVERY county...weekly, I bet there would be less crime if people knew this would happen. Since they are traffic stops, they should be posted regardless if the offense is still in progress and the case is still open...it would also deter officers from targeting and pulling people over for unlawful reasons...just to harass. MOST importantly, it would keep officials in capacity more mindful of what they do, and how their behavior is not seen the same as the actions of a regular citizen. In the capacity of an official, one does not pull the Im-an-official-card. So? Youre an official and what? The law does not apply to you? I dont think so. This would still be outrageous, but what really made her inappropriate was attempting to guilt and intimidate this RARE species--this honest officer. He wasnt having it. I wish ALL officials in Willacy county would take a page out of this officers rule book...no one gets off, NOT EVEN OFFICIALS. Everyone is to be treated fairly. When the act is done while the official is on duty, this is even more incredible...alas, it happens everyday. I believe one day all traffic stops will be posted online no matter what...and it will change society for the better.
