Video update on Scout! Remember me?! https://facebook/video.php?v=876014972340&set=o.275955027363&type=2&theater Scout was hit by a car six months ago and suffered tremendously. The injuries were so severe that she became immediately paralyzed. Because of the injuries, her family no longer wanted her after the accident. Twin Cities Pet Rescue took in little Scout late on 7/24. Even though her hind legs are paralyzed and she was abandoned by her family, Scout is so full of life and has such a happy disposition. Scout has had some rehab appointments and has been working hard on physical therapy at home with her wonderful foster mom. Scout had her first chiropractic appointment yesterday and was fit for her wheelchair. The doctor that saw Scout yesterday was really impressed with her improvements and she thought that if she had any paralyzed dogs that would be able to walk again - its Scout! Her attitude and persistent keeps her going and she has made HUGE improvements already! She does still need the wheelchair in the meantime though because this girl likes to move!
