Vietnam’s Fast-food market booming The Global CEO of Dairy Queen, Jean Champagne, has been assessing “Fast-food” market in Vietnam and predicts that it will see a strong boom and robust growth in the next 5-10 years. DQ is planning to launch in Vietnam on January 2014 with its first store in HCM city. The partner DQ is replying on is QSR Vietnam trading Co., Ltd, which is a prominent Vietnamese fast-food franchise company. Mr. Jean Champagne said, “We will launch 60 stores in the next 5 years. We believe that 60 of DQ stores in 5 years is not much in an emerging market like Vietnam”.
