Viewer Comment: This last Behaving Badly is so flawed, I can hardly understand it. Who exactly is bad here? Yes, there is a homeless encampment. But what is it a product of? The idea that these people are violating nature any more than the people that have contributed to their situations is absurd and insulting. This social issue is an amalgam of things that have not been addressed. Programs in place to assist have been defunded and dismantled, much like the state mental health structure since the 1980s. These people are not at fault, but the uncaring community of nouveau riche that surrounds them. You should think about where the actual community interest lies here, instead of vilifying people that have issues we can prevent and aide. A concerned citizen and teacher
