The nicely packaged beef ( and maybe you like a lean cut for you cholesterol) and milk and yogurt and cheese packages in the grocery store....well here is a sample of where it comes from. I especially encourage you if you are an animal lover to boycott these foods. These animals are really no different than your little doggy or kitty etc. just consider them being treated like this...needlessly and selfishly. You dont need them. There are alternatives which and tasty and healthier. They really dont want us to see this stuff...thats why it is undercover videos. Im sorry if its hard to read this or see this. But it is the truth and we are marketed to by the dairy farmers and companies and our government because....it makes $$$$ and honestly ( as more and more info comes out) makes us sick in the short term or long term which is profitable too. FYI.
