Viewing Passes! Commencing this Saturday August 10th AGDA will be rolling out Viewing Passes ! As you are aware AGDA holds scheduled viewing weeks at the end of every month so parents can watch their children train. Outside of this week there is no viewing by parents, as per AGDA Policies. However we do understand that sometimes there may be special circumstances (interstate family members visiting, parents who work away and miss viewing week etc.) If this sounds like you, starting from tomorrow you will be required to contact Reception to arrange a Viewing Pass. This is a once off pass that allows you to sit in on training to view. These viewing passes will be registered at Admins discretion, if you do not register for one you will be asked by an AGDA Staff member to exit the gym once classes have started. AGDA will also be rolling out Viewing passes for Saturday Morning Kindergym Krew parents and parents of trialling children. These will be handed out from Reception for Trial Parents, and AGDA Coaches for Saturday Kindergym when doing roll call. If you do not have a pass, you may not view ! A reminder for ALL parents also, that under no circumstance is there to be any photography/ filming in the gym unless authorised by an AGDA Staff member
