Vijay Goel is President Bharatiya Janata Party Delhi Pradesh. Alumni of the Shriram College of Commerce in Delhi. A former Union Minister was the man entrusted with the portfolio of Union Minister of State responsible for the Prime Ministers Office by none other than Shri Atal Bihari Vaypayee the Prime Minister himself. Vijay Goel began his political journey from the Delhi University Students Union & became its president in 1977-78. His versatility in polity has won him many accolades and has donned various caps during his political career so far. A person who has friends cutting across political & ideological divides is loved and appreciated by all. A dedicated social activist took is credited with banning the a menencing social event like single digit lottery whereby saving lakhs of people. He is a pioneer in working for Senior Citizens cause.
