Viking Rune is based on of this source of ancient wisdom. In Sanskrit, the word "arcane" means secret. The Nordic word "rune" is synonymous with whisper and, hence, also secret. So that we can take similar advice to those obtained through the tarot. The RUNES are one of the oldest forms of Scandinavian alphabet, which dates back to the Bronze Age and, probably, to earlier stages. The brave Nordic peoples (now Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and Iceland) used these runic symbols to communicate and record their exploits but most especially as a means magical and oracular. Indeed, it is widely known the use of runes as an oracle. According to ancient poems narrate before the Christian era, were consulted by kings, princes and officers of the East European nations to make big decisions: actions in wars, alliances, interviews, appointments and other senior political and family measures. Also used in monuments and ritual use utensils, to pay tribute to their deities and acknowledge the results of the deeds by them directed, through the same oracle.
