Responsibilities of Manager include: -Meet and exceed sales goals and standards of performance -Sales analysis -Maintain a high level of good customer service -Ensure administrative work (planning, shifts, focus…) -Run the shop -Manage the effective team -Evaluate the training needs of store employees -Follow all Loss Prevention practices and protect company assets -Respect of our brand -Ensure stock management Requirements: ●Minimum 2 years’s experience management with a luxury background ●Able to achieve great performance ●Willing to work under pressure ●Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ●Excellent leadership skills and able to drive an effective team Additional languages are beneficial Please send your resume + cover letter to: acaharel@zadigetvoltaire
