Fully air conditioned and furnished to a high standard, the villa has its own private pool and is the ideal location for the perfect holiday break. Situated on the lower slopes of Peyia village near the stadium, the villa is a mere 1.3 km from the village square with its numerous local tavernas, supermarkets, butchers and bakery. However recently, new facilities have opened in the immediate vicinity of the villa. These include a bar/ restaurant, bakery, a mini supermarket, Chinese and Indian takeaway. For those who like British fare, there is an English owned fish and chip shop. These facilities can be found a mere 4-6 minute walk from the villa. Coral Bay lies 2.6 km south from the villa and boasts a huge variety of shops, clubs and bars. Add to that the plentiful restaurants and sandy blue flag beaches, you will not be disappointed with your choice of holiday villa or location. Whether you just want to relax, play several rounds of golf, winter ski on the Troodos Mountains or even plan a wedding venue, this private villa and its location will ensure your holiday in Cyprus will be one to remember. Paphos Town / Harbour A short 15 minute drive from the villa takes you to Paphos Town and its bustling harbour. With the castle guarding the harbour entrance, enjoy a meal in one of the several seafood restaurants. Or perhaps book a trip on the glass bottom boat or a visit to the Tomb of Kings. A short walk inland will take you to the market area and the large range of stores and shops. Golf Play all year round at the three 18 hole golf courses, all a short drive from Paphos. Tsada Golf Club is 15 km north of Paphos whilst the Secret valley Golf Club is 18km to the east and Aphrodite Hills is 20kms from Paphos. Troodos Mountains At its highest point of 1952m (6404 ft) from January to March, the Troodos Mountains have become a haven for skiers. During the warmer months, the many views and natural countryside and forests make this a “must see” attraction. It is just over an hours drive from the Villa. Here, you will find a host of inexpensive restaurants and tavernas offering local and international cuisine. Why not try a traditional Meze. There are also several bars should you just wish a relaxing drink or watch the football and other sports on large screen television. There are also a few restaurants within walking distance from the villa. Peyia is also renowned for their Town Hall weddings and further information is available on request. How to get there Fly to Paphos airport. Hire a car or arrange a taxi to take you to Peyia which is around a 40 minute journey. The internet is the best source for flights. Cyprus has a 2 hour time difference from GB. Jet2, Thompsons,Thomas cook and Easyjet.
