Village of Rockville Centre Nassau County, New York Notice of Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing and Public Work Session Date: October 22, 2014 Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 340 Rockville Centre Village Code NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Appeals of the Village of Rockville Centre will hold a Public Work Session at the Eugene J. Murray Village Hall 1 College Place, Rockville Centre at 7:30 p.m. LEGAL NOTICE OCTOBER 22ND, 2014 – 7:30 PM Case No. 43-2014 – Martin Dellicarpini – Extension of Time Request – to obtain Building Permits, Certificates of Occupancy or Compliance or Completion Certificates in conjunction with BZA Case #42-2012 and Permit #29626 – to perform substantial renovations to an existing non-conforming two-family residence and lot in a Residence A District lot. Premises known as 39 Grand Ave. Case No. 44-2014 – Martin Dellacarpini – to amend Building Permit #29636 for substantial modifications to the approved BZA plans of Case #42-2012 for a one and two story rear addition and a second story addition along with a garage expansion. Premises known as 19-21 North Village Ave. Case No. 46-2014 – Stoneville, Inc. – Continued from September 17, 2014- to change the use from Light Manufacturing to Business with accessory assembly space and to modify the permit to continue to use a parking field in a Residence A district property in connection with adjacent business activity on a Business A district property and to include a proposed contiguous parking relief of the newly merged business use of 82 So. Long Beach Rd (combining the adjacent property known as 86-96 So. Long Beach Rd) that requires 22 additional parking spaces, where 58 spaces are required and 36 spaces are provided.
