Villain of my heart, shadow king and most uncertain friend; Vanity who has left me breathless and audacity which has left me hopeless - why does persistence continue to persist despite all calamity. When I am asunder torn and the earth mocks my name why must each breath burden me with existence. Let it all pass. Let the stars dim. Let night shelter light and the fires grow cold and unused. Let the dawn hold itself back, let time flee from his post, let the firmament be undone and the flood waters rise. A cup is always full when submerged. You who read these words and read my heart, know this, that I have dared to dream. Life is long and long are the great arcs which drive us hither and thither in absurd circles till we collapse in a mire of our own ignorance and shake the dust with accursed tears. Man, ye who suffers all friends and family tonight you are not alone - tonight I stand with you against self and shattered dreams and when it passes into ignorance and memory fails the test of time remember, remember, that I had loved you. I had always will love you.
