Vinegar pie Mix together in a bowl: 2/3 cup sugar 3 Tbsp vinegar 7 Tbsp flour 2 tsp cold water Other ingredients needed: 3 cups hot water 1 Tbsp butter Sprinkle ground nutmeg 1 baked 10 inch pie crust. Directions: Add flour mixture to a pan containing 3 cups boiling water. Cook together on low to medium heat until thickens and has no lumps. Stir constantly. Add 1Tbsp butter just before removing from heat. Pour into baked 10 inch pie shell. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Chill or cool completely before serving.
