Vintage Chutes away toy. Classic toy by Gabriel Marx Toys of the late 1970s. A clockwork turntable rotates once once, operated by a stop and go lever on the console. A central joy stick allows the plane to motion from left to right and another small lever operates the drop door in the base of the plane to drop pre-loaded parachutes into scored holes in the rotating base, which the player lines up using the crosshair spyhole. This is an unboxed example. The turntable works, as does the on / off switch and the joystick. The drop lever will need some attention as you can hear the cable system working but the plane door does not open. The small parachutists are also missing. They could be replaced or refabricated by someone with a talent for small components. If you fancy a small project and a trip back to Christmas Day in 1977, then come and pick it up.
