Violation of the Fourth amendment , this is the reason why people are not very friendly to the police , you feel like you are in a stinking police state sometimes, I wish I had a video of that jerk CHP officer that pulled me over and treated me like a criminal for no reason. "The right of the people to be secure in their persons houses, papers, and effects , against unreasonable searches and seizures , shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized . " Know your constitutional rights and your bill of rights!
