Virginia people, there is an ugly but lovable dog in the shelter and hes needing a home! His loving owner passed away, so not only did he lose his family and his home, but he has little chance of getting another home to rest his dear old head. People still judge books by their covers, and dogs by their appearances, and he gets zero interest from potential adopters. Do you need a dog? Do you know someone who does?
