Virtual Assistant Position Equivity - $15/Hr Equivity is looking for a part-time virtual assistant that is willing to work via email, phone, and text. Equivity is a start-up dedicated to providing virtual assistant services to its clients. Our virtual assistants work on a dedicated basis with clients and help them organize their lives. Examples of tasks include personal organization, online research, document formatting and proofing, and scheduling appointments with vendors and service providers. Tasks can be one-off such as scheduling a plumber, ongoing such as keeping a clients calendar and inbox organized, or more time-intensive projects such as researching and compiling reports on local pre-schools. Candidate must have a high attention to detail, be proactive and extremely organized. Candidates must also be creative and resourceful in coming up with solutions to our clients needs. All of this work is done remotely, meaning that you can work from home. As we are just starting the business, there will be opportunities for advancement to full-time management positions. Starting pay is $15/hour. Position requirements: • College degree or current enrollment in four-year college program • Proficiency with search engines and online rating sites • Time available from 9 AM -- 6 PM Pacific Time, Monday - Friday • Your own laptop and smart phone with broadband access to Internet • Quiet location in which to take phone calls • Knowledge of email platforms, including Gmail and Microsoft Exchange • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Previous experience as an executive assistant or administrative assistant a plus Qualities we are looking for: • Organization • Dedication • Initiative • Attention to detail • Resourcefulness • Excellent communication skills • Responsiveness • Ability to work independently with limited oversight ht.ly/GCFbV
