Virtual Assistant for Real Estate Real estate investor in the state of Florda in the United States. Looking for an assistant that speaks Excellent Fluent English to do the following: - Call New leads via phone (google voice number that I give you) and ask questions using a Script I provide to gather info on their property and see if they would be someone I can work with. - Follow up leads via phone and/ or email to obtain additional information about the property the client wishes to sell. - Listen to phone messages of incoming calls and leads and return calls. - Research the property on several websites (I will provide the addresses later) and gather info - You must be able to follow specific instructions and work your way through the script and at the same time try to be friendly and build rapport. - Input info into a CRM (highrisehq) - Use Google Docs Spreadsheets - You must be able to work during US Eastern Standard Time Zone Hours somewhere between 9:00 am and 8:00pm. for instance one day might be 9am- 4pm and another day might be 4pm-8pm. - You must have a Gmail account and be familiar with gmail and google docs. All candidates must have the following * Very fluent in writing and speaking english * Knowledge of excel, gmail, google docs, and general ability to use windows based software * Good bandwidth and internet connection Special consideration will be given to candidates that have prior experience in helping real estate investors or related type of businesses. I will provide scripts and training on all software and procedures. Experience with any of the following companies is a Plus- AT&T, Sprint, Verizon Fios, Bank of America credit card dept, Capital One, Chase.
