Job Title: Project Manager Years of Experience: No less than 10 years? experience preferably in the steel construction Degree: Civil Engineering Nationality: Any with Transferable Iqama Salary: Salary range depends on the qualification and experience - Managing all aspects of the delivery of the Project to the Client. - Attend progress meetings with the Client and ensure actions are taken appropriately. - Ensure correspondence from the Client is answered in a timely and appropriate manner (letters or emails). - Instigate aspects of the design in the office. - Prepare briefs for teams and sub-consultants. - Responsible for project costs and financial accountability. - Completion of minutes of progress meetings. - Must have good experience in commercial/contractual aspects (will take the lead on reviewing contracts T&Cs, penalties, delivery base line schedules and etc). - Should have good experience in the construction field. - Should have good communication skills and shall be able to coordinate with different and several consultants and contractors. - Location Riyadh - Transferable Iqama is a must.
