Vishwas asked me to list 10 books which stayed with me forever ( idk but stayed with me forever sounds so cliché). Nevertheless, here it goes: 1. Champak: yes! I started with this and it still holds a special place in my coveted book shelf! 2. Kane and Abel: I am a big fan of Jeffrey Archer. He deserves an Oscar for telling 2 parallel stories in this book. One about Abel Rosnovki and one about William Kane. The story is so well told and so interesting that I felt torn between the two main characters. 3. The Prodigal Daughter: is a sequel of Kane and Abel. Another splendid piece of writing by J.A. with a female as a protagonist. 4. The Lost symbol by Dan brown: pushed me to the edge of my seat. 5. Harry potter all series: ahhh.... The power of imagination and creativity is inexplicable! 6. Predictably irrational by Dan Ariely: makes me realize how dumb/foolish we are when it comes to spending hard-earned money. 7. Charlie and the Chocolate Factory by Roald Dahl: Belongs to my early days of reading and of-course, cheers to the love of chocolate! 8. Vengeance: the assassination of Indira Gandhi: an eye-opener! 9. 1984 by George Orwell : still reading (in Q3 now).. but, i am sure it will soon climb up the ladder to achieve the title of my Best Read ever! 10.The equation of my love by Vikram Rana: An author in the family...how cool is that! I remember how much i publicized it in my college with pride :P :) Saima, Joohi, Surabhi Goswami, Nav Kaur, please spam your respective timelines with your lists. Rules: Do not take more than a few minutes and dont think too hard. They dont have to be the right books or great works of literature, just ones that have affected you in some way. Then tag your friends to nominate them.
