Visited Khasae Lhakhang in Dangchu which has got great story about the statue of Buddha. The Lhakhang belongs to the people of Shar when they migrate to Dangchu during summer. After they stopped migrating they decided to throw the statue in the river because there was no one to arrange the offering but tears rolled down from the eyes of the statue. Therefore they kept the statue as it is but kept the door opened and the statue facing through the door towards the Dangchu river.
