Vistaprint. A super cool website and business. I needed to change an order - and they helped me out lickety-split. I used their chat function. I was a bit worried that there would be an abrupt, sort of rude ending - but I was totally wrong. A very pleasant exit was executed by the customer service agent. My one experience with them - in the recent past - was a complete and smashing success. This one, now that I have made my change(s), will, I imagine, be one, too. I didnt just make changes - I actually ended up completely changing my order - but now, it is, I have to think, One million times better - at least. Recognizing error and making revisions as necessary keeps things alive. If nothing else, I make lots of errors - I must be all alone. There is tons of stuff and possibilities for the creative mind (on the Vistaprint website) - and for business owner alike. Usually - one requires the other (business ownership requires creativity) if a chance at success is to exist. I do not work for Vistaprint - nor do they compensate me - but, when I have a positive experience, I like to report it. Reports go both ways.
