Visualizations are a great way to retrain your thinking process. If youve come across a situation that made you uncomfortable or wished you acted better or not have been afraid, then visualize similar future situations, acting and feeling Optimistic, confident and fearless. When you visualize a troublesome situation and imagine it going well, you are gaining confidence in your abilities to act the way you want. You dont have to visualize yourself doing EVERYTHING to perfection but rather visualize just one or 2 actions that you can improve. As you visualize this situation on a regular basis you can work your way up the confidence ladder. As with everything - slow and steady is the key. Be realistic with your visualizations as well and they will begin to take hold because you will start to believe these positive outcomes. When you believe in your abilities you start to feel better. As I always say - thoughts you believe to be true ALWAYS are causing your emotions. Your emotions trigger your actions. When your emotion is confidence in yourself then you WILL act in a confident manner.
