Vizag News: 1. A total of 8,689 seats were left unfilled in the B.Ed. colleges after the final phase of allotment of seats under the EdCET 2013 Convenor quota was completed. 2. Continuing its drive against the violation of rules by the private tour operators in the State, the Road Transport Authority has seized as many as 42 buses in the last three days. 3.
