The role of Sales & Market Roaming Manager will be a key position within our Account department in Vodafone Roaming Services (VRS) in Luxembourg. It’s a unique opportunity for an experienced Marketing or Sales professional to join Vodafone’s Roaming organisation and take our Partners to the next level within the Roaming business across markets by driving a positive change and bringing an innovative, fresh outlook. As Sales & Market Roaming Manager your main responsibilities will involve: Drive customer satisfaction with all aspects of wholesale roaming services provided by VRS for specified Vodafone Partner Markets (VPM), Key Partners and/or third parties Agree and manage an annual account plan between VRS and each specified VPM/key partner that defines performance targets Engage functions within VRS and VPM to provide continuous support and deliver the KPIs, take actions to address items where KPIs are behind target and escalate where required to avoid escalations from VPM and partners Lead regular performance reviews with senior VRS and VPM or partner executives, identifying variances to targets and agreeing remedial action plans to achieve optimum commercial and operational performance Lead negotiation of all commercial contracts between VRS and specified VPM/or Key Partners through to signature, and ensure on-going contract management.
